18 O my God (Elohim), encline thine eare and heare: open thine eyes, and beholde our desolations, and the citie whereupon thy Name is called: for we doe not present our supplications before thee for our owne righteousnes, but for thy great tender mercies.

English Translation
Incline your ear, O God, and hear; open your eyes and see our desolations and the city upon which your name is called, for we do not present our supplications before you because of our righteousness, but because of your great mercies.
