יָשׁ֣וּבוּ לֹ֣א עָ֗ל הָיוּ֙ כְּ/קֶ֣שֶׁת רְמִיָּ֔ה יִפְּל֥וּ בַ/חֶ֛רֶב שָׂרֵי/הֶ֖ם מִ/זַּ֣עַם לְשׁוֹנָ֑/ם ז֥וֹ לַעְגָּ֖/ם בְּ/אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם
English Translation
They shall return; they were not like a bow that is unstrung; they shall fall by the sword, their leaders, because of the rage of their tongue; this shall be a derision in the land of Egypt.

They return, but not to [him that is] on high; they are like a deceitful bow; their princes shall fall by the sword for the rage of their tongue: this shall be their derision in the land of Egypt.
