4 For he is ye minister of God (Elohim) for thy wealth, but if thou do euill, feare: for he beareth not the sworde for nought: for he is the minister of God (Elohim) to take vengeance on him that doeth euill.

θεοῦ γὰρ διάκονός ἐστιν σοὶ εἰς τὸ ἀγαθόν. ἐὰν δὲ τὸ κακὸν ποιῇς, φοβοῦ· οὐ γὰρ εἰκῇ τὴν μάχαιραν φορεῖ· θεοῦ γὰρ διάκονός ἐστιν, ἔκδικος εἰς ὀργὴν τῷ τὸ κακὸν πράσσοντι.

English Translation

For he is God's servant for your good. But if you do what is evil, fear; for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is God's servant, an avenger to execute wrath on the one who does evil.
