וְ/לֹֽא הֵסֵב֩ יֹאשִׁיָּ֨הוּ פָנָ֜י/ו מִמֶּ֗/נּוּ כִּ֤י לְ/הִלָּחֵֽם בּ/וֹ֙ הִתְחַפֵּ֔שׂ וְ/לֹ֥א שָׁמַ֛ע אֶל דִּבְרֵ֥י נְכ֖וֹ מִ/פִּ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים וַ/יָּבֹ֕א לְ/הִלָּחֵ֖ם בְּ/בִקְעַ֥ת מְגִדּֽוֹ
English Translation
And Josiah did not turn his face from him to fight, for he had disguised himself; and he did not listen to the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and he came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Neco from the mouth of God (Elohim), and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

And the archers shot at king Josiah; and the king said to his servants, Have me away; for I am sore wounded.

So they carried him out of his chariot, and took him back in his second chariot to Jerusalem, where he died. Josiah was buried in the tomb of his forefathers. All Judah and Jerusalem wept for him.
