Proverbs 1:8

My son, hear the instruction of thy father, And forsake not the law of thy mother:

Hear, my son, the instruction of your father, || And do not leave the law of your mother,

My child, listen when your father corrects you.<br>Don’t neglect your mother’s instruction.<br>

For they shalt be an ornament of Grace to thy head, and chains about thy neck.
