לֹוֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע וְ/לֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם וְ֝/צַדִּ֗יק חוֹנֵ֥ן וְ/נוֹתֵֽן
English Translation
The wicked borrows and does not pay back, but the righteous is gracious and gives.
