2 John 1:9

Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the teaching of Christ, hath not God (Elohim): he that abideth in the teaching of Christ, the same hath both the Father and the Son.

Whosoever goeth onward and abideth not in the teaching of Christ, hath not God (Elohim): he that abideth in the teaching, the same hath both the Father and the Son.

If people come to you and don't show evidence of Christ's teaching, don't take them in, don't welcome them—

Whosoeuer transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God (Elohim). He that continueth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Sonne.

Anyone who wanders away from this teaching has no relationship with God (Elohim). But anyone who remains in the teaching of Christ has a relationship with both the Father and the Son.

Whoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God (Elohim). He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

every one who is transgressing, and is not remaining in the teaching of the Christ, hath not God (Elohim); he who is remaining in the teaching of the Christ, this one hath both the Father and the Son;
