9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

אָ֤ז תִּקְרָא֙ וַ/יהוָ֣ה יַעֲנֶ֔ה תְּשַׁוַּ֖ע וְ/יֹאמַ֣ר הִנֵּ֑/נִי אִם תָּסִ֤יר מִ/תּֽוֹכְ/ךָ֙ מוֹטָ֔ה שְׁלַ֥ח אֶצְבַּ֖ע וְ/דַבֶּר אָֽוֶן

English Translation

Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry out, and He will say, "Here I am," if you remove the yoke from among you, the pointing of the finger and speaking wickedness.
