One witness does not rise against a man for any iniquity and for any sin, in any sin which he sins; by the mouth of two witnesses or by the mouth of three witnesses is a thing established.

English Translation
A single witness shall not rise up against a man for any wrongdoing or for any sin in any sin that he may commit; on the testimony of two witnesses or on the testimony of three witnesses a matter shall stand.
