30 then You hear from the heavens, the settled place of Your dwelling, and have forgiven, and have given to each according to all his ways (because You know his heart, for You alone have known the heart of the sons of men),

וְ֠/אַתָּה תִּשְׁמַ֨ע מִן הַ/שָּׁמַ֜יִם מְכ֤וֹן שִׁבְתֶּ֨/ךָ֙ וְ/סָ֣לַחְתָּ֔ וְ/נָתַתָּ֤ה לָ/אִישׁ֙ כְּ/כָל דְּרָכָ֔י/ו אֲשֶׁ֥ר תֵּדַ֖ע אֶת לְבָב֑/וֹ כִּ֤י אַתָּה֙ לְ/בַדְּ/ךָ֣ יָדַ֔עְתָּ אֶת לְבַ֖ב בְּנֵ֥י הָ/אָדָֽם

And you shall hear from the heavens, the place of Your dwelling, and forgive, and give to each man according to all his ways, as You know his heart; for You alone know the hearts of the children of mankind.
