Jeremiah 40:2

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, Jehovah thy God (Elohim) pronounced this evil upon this place;

And the captain of the armed men took Jeremiah and said to him, The Lord your God (Elohim) gave word of the evil which was to come on this place:

And the captain of the body-guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, Jehovah thy God (Elohim) pronounced this evil upon this place,

And the general of the army taking Jeremias, said to him: The Lord thy God (Elohim) hath pronounced this evil upon this place,

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, the LORD thy God (Elohim) pronounced this evil upon this place:

and now the Lord has made it happen—he has done just what he said he would. This happened to you people because you sinned against the Lord and did not obey what he said.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him, “Yahweh your God (Elohim) pronounced this evil on this place;

And the chiefe stewarde tooke Ieremiah, and said vnto him, The Lord thy God (Elohim) hath pronounced this plague vpon this place.

And the chief of the executioners takes Jeremiah and says to him, “Your God (Elohim) YHWH has spoken this calamity concerning this place,

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, The LORD thy God (Elohim) hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

The captain of the guard called for Jeremiah and said, “The LORD your God (Elohim) has brought this disaster on this land,

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him, The LORD thy God (Elohim) hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him, “Yahweh your God (Elohim) pronounced this evil on this place;

And the chief of the executioners taketh Jeremiah, and saith unto him, 'Jehovah thy God (Elohim) hath spoken this evil concerning this place,
