⸀χάρις τῷ θεῷ διὰ Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν. Ἄρα οὖν αὐτὸς ἐγὼ τῷ μὲν νοῒ δουλεύω νόμῳ θεοῦ, τῇ δὲ σαρκὶ νόμῳ ἁμαρτίας.
English Translation
Grace to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Therefore, I myself serve with my mind the law of God, but with my flesh the law of sin.

I thank God (Elohim) through Yashua (Jesus) Christ our Lord. So then I of myself with the mind, indeed, serve the law of God (Elohim); but with the flesh the law of sin.
