1 Corinthians 13:9

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

But we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

For our knowledge is only in part, and the prophet's word gives only a part of what is true:

When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I grew up I left behind such childlike ways.

Now our knowledge is partial and incomplete, and even the gift of prophecy reveals only part of the whole picture!
