Verse 23

Deuteronomy 21:23

Noah Webster Bible

23 His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God (Elohim);) that thy land may not be defiled, which the LORD thy God (Elohim) giveth thee for an inheritance.

English Translation
You shall not let his body remain on the tree overnight, for you shall surely bury him the same day, because a hanging body is a curse of God, and you shall not defile your land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.
