14 For thus saith the LORD God (Elohim) of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.

English Translation

For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel: The jar of flour shall not be exhausted, and the jug of oil shall not be lacking until the day that the LORD sends rain upon the face of the ground.
