12 And the God (Elohim) that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall attempt to alter and to destroy this house of God (Elohim) which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.

וֵֽ/אלָהָ֞/א דִּ֣י שַׁכִּ֧ן שְׁמֵ֣/הּ תַּמָּ֗ה יְמַגַּ֞ר כָּל מֶ֤לֶךְ וְ/עַם֙ דִּ֣י יִשְׁלַ֣ח יְדֵ֗/הּ לְ/הַשְׁנָיָ֛ה לְ/חַבָּלָ֛ה בֵּית אֱלָהָ֥/א דֵ֖ךְ דִּ֣י בִ/ירוּשְׁלֶ֑ם אֲנָ֤ה דָרְיָ֨וֶשׁ֙ שָׂ֣מֶת טְעֵ֔ם אָסְפַּ֖רְנָא יִתְעֲבִֽד

And to the God who dwells in His name, every king and people that shall stretch forth their hand to harm the house of God, in Jerusalem, I, Darius, have set forth a decree that they shall be dealt with.
