τὸ γὰρ ἀδύνατον τοῦ νόμου, ἐν ᾧ ἠσθένει διὰ τῆς σαρκός, ὁ θεὸς τὸν ἑαυτοῦ υἱὸν πέμψας ἐν ὁμοιώματι σαρκὸς ἁμαρτίας καὶ περὶ ἁμαρτίας κατέκρινε τὴν ἁμαρτίαν ἐν τῇ σαρκί,
English Translation
For the weakness of the law, in which it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin condemned sin in the flesh.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God (Elohim), sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

For what the law was not able to do because it was feeble through the flesh, God (Elohim), sending his Son in the image of the evil flesh, and as an offering for sin, gave his decision against sin in the flesh:

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the spirit the things of the spirit.

The sinful human mind results in death, but having the mind led by the Spirit results in life and peace.

For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God (Elohim) did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;

For (that that was impossible to ye Lawe, in as much as it was weake, because of ye flesh) God (Elohim) sending his owne Sonne, in ye similitude of sinful flesh, and for sinne, condened sinne in the flesh,

The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature. So God (Elohim) did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in that body God (Elohim) declared an end to sin’s control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins.
