Deuteronomy 15:4

Howbeit there shall be no poor with thee; (for Jehovah will surely bless thee in the land which Jehovah thy God (Elohim) giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it;)

But there will be no poor among you; for the Lord will certainly give you his blessing in the land which the Lord your God (Elohim) is giving you for your heritage;

save when there shall be no one in need among you; for Jehovah will greatly bless thee in the land that Jehovah thy God (Elohim) giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it,

And there shall be no poor nor beggar among you: that the Lord thy God (Elohim) may bless thee in the land which he will give thee in possession.

if only thou diligently hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God (Elohim), to observe to do all this commandment which I command thee this day.

You just need to make sure you obey the Lord your God (Elohim), and that you're careful to follow all these commandments I'm giving you today.

However there shall be no poor with you (for Yahweh will surely bless you in the land which Yahweh your God (Elohim) gives you for an inheritance to possess it)

Saue when there shall be no poore with thee: for the Lord shall blesse thee in the land, which the Lord thy God (Elohim) giueth thee, for an inheritance to possesse it:

Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God (Elohim) giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

except there is an end when no poor are with you; for YHWH greatly blesses you in the land which your God (Elohim) YHWH is giving to you for an inheritance to possess it,

Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God (Elohim) giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

“There should be no poor among you, for the LORD your God (Elohim) will greatly bless you in the land he is giving you as a special possession.
