Deuteronomy 15:14

thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy threshing-floor, and out of thy winepress; as Jehovah thy God (Elohim) hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.

And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God (Elohim) redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing today.

Don't forget that you were once slaves in Egypt, and the Lord your God (Elohim) set you free. That's why I'm giving you this command today.
