הֶחֱשֵׁ֨יתִי֙ מֵֽ/עוֹלָ֔ם אַחֲרִ֖ישׁ אֶתְאַפָּ֑ק כַּ/יּוֹלֵדָ֣ה אֶפְעֶ֔ה אֶשֹּׁ֥ם וְ/אֶשְׁאַ֖ף יָֽחַד
English Translation
I have been silent from forever; I will not restrain myself like a woman in labor; I will cry out, I will pant together.

I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: [now] will I cry out like a travailing woman; I will gasp and pant together.
