19 Surely after that I was turned. I repented. After that I was instructed. I struck my thigh. I was ashamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth.’

כִּֽי אַחֲרֵ֤י שׁוּבִ/י֙ נִחַ֔מְתִּי וְ/אַֽחֲרֵי֙ הִוָּ֣דְעִ֔/י סָפַ֖קְתִּי עַל יָרֵ֑ךְ בֹּ֚שְׁתִּי וְ/גַם נִכְלַ֔מְתִּי כִּ֥י נָשָׂ֖אתִי חֶרְפַּ֥ת נְעוּרָֽ/י

English Translation

For after I returned, I was comforted; and after I was made to know, I was troubled on my thigh; I was ashamed and also humiliated because I bore the reproach of my youth.
