Romans 4:13

For not through the law was the promise to Abraham or to his seed that he should be heir of the world, but through the righteousness of faith.

God (Elohim)'s promise to Abraham and his descendants that the world would belong to him was not based on his keeping of the law, but because he was made right through his trust in God (Elohim).

For the promise that he should be the heire of the worlde, was not giuen to Abraham, or to his seede, through the Lawe, but through the righteousnesse of faith.

Clearly, God (Elohim)’s promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants was based not on his obedience to God (Elohim)’s law, but on a right relationship with God (Elohim) that comes by faith.
