What shall we conclude, then? That even though the foreigners were not even looking to do right, they did grasp what is right, and through their trust in God (Elohim) did what was morally right.

What does all this mean? Even though the Gentiles were not trying to follow God (Elohim)’s standards, they were made right with God (Elohim). And it was by faith that this took place.
