Ezekiel 43:18

And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt-offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.

And the brim was fourteen cubits long, and fourteen cubits broad in the four corners thereof: and the crown round about it was half a cubit, and the bottom of it one cubit round about: and its steps turned toward the east.

Thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which are near unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.

On the second day you are to bring a male goat without defects as a sin offering, and the altar shall be purified as it was purified with the bull.

He said to me, “Son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh: ‘These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they make it, to offer burnt offerings on it, and to sprinkle blood on it.

And He says to me, “Son of man, thus said Lord YHWH: These are statutes of the altar in the day of its being made to cause burnt-offering to go up on it, and to sprinkle blood on it.

Then he said to me, “Son of man, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: These will be the regulations for the burning of offerings and the sprinkling of blood when the altar is built.
