καὶ οὐκ ⸀ἤθελεν ἐπὶ χρόνον, μετὰ ⸂ταῦτα δὲ⸃ εἶπεν ἐν ἑαυτῷ· Εἰ καὶ τὸν θεὸν οὐ φοβοῦμαι ⸂οὐδὲ ἄνθρωπον⸃ ἐντρέπομαι,
English Translation
And he did not want for a time, but after this he said to himself, "If I do not fear God, I still respect man."

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God (Elohim), nor regard man;

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God (Elohim), and regard not man;

And for a time he would not: but later, he said to himself, Though I have no fear of God (Elohim) or respect for man,

And he would not for a time; but afterwards he said within himself, If even I fear not God (Elohim) and respect not man,

And he would not for a long time. But afterwards he said within himself: Although I fear not God (Elohim), nor regard man,

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God (Elohim), nor regard man;

For a while he didn't want to do anything about it, but eventually he said to himself, ‘Even though I don't respect God (Elohim) or care about anyone,

He wouldn’t for a while, but afterward he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God (Elohim), nor respect man,

And hee would not of a long time: but afterward he said with himselfe, Though I feare not God (Elohim), nor reuerence man,

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God (Elohim), nor regard man;

and he would not for a time, but after these things he said in himself, Even if I do not fear God (Elohim), and do not regard man,

And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God (Elohim), nor regard man;

The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God (Elohim) or care about people,
