τῷ αἰτοῦντί σε ⸀δός, καὶ τὸν θέλοντα ἀπὸ σοῦ δανίσασθαι μὴ ἀποστραφῇς.
English Translation
Give to the one asking you, and do not turn away the one wanting to borrow from you.

Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

Give to him who comes with a request, and keep not your property from him who would for a time make use of it.
