16 Then all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones: and take off their robes, and cast away their broidered garments, and be clothed with astonishment: they shall sit on the ground, and with amazement shall wonder at thy sudden fall.

וְֽ/יָרְד֞וּ מֵ/עַ֣ל כִּסְאוֹתָ֗/ם כֹּ֚ל נְשִׂיאֵ֣י הַ/יָּ֔ם וְ/הֵסִ֨ירוּ֙ אֶת מְעִ֣ילֵי/הֶ֔ם וְ/אֶת בִּגְדֵ֥י רִקְמָתָ֖/ם יִפְשֹׁ֑טוּ חֲרָד֤וֹת יִלְבָּ֨שׁוּ֙ עַל הָ/אָ֣רֶץ יֵשֵׁ֔בוּ וְ/חָֽרְדוּ֙ לִ/רְגָעִ֔ים וְ/שָׁמְמ֖וּ עָלָֽיִ/ךְ

And all the princes of the sea shall descend from their thrones, and they shall remove their robes and their embroidered garments, they shall clothe themselves with trembling; they shall sit on the ground and be startled for a moment, and they shall be desolate over you.
