אֵ֣לֶּה הַ/פְּקֻדִ֡ים אֲשֶׁר֩ פָּקַ֨ד מֹשֶׁ֤ה וְ/אַהֲרֹן֙ וּ/נְשִׂיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל שְׁנֵ֥ים עָשָׂ֖ר אִ֑ישׁ אִישׁ אֶחָ֥ד לְ/בֵית אֲבֹתָ֖י/ו הָיֽוּ
English Translation
These are the ones counted that Moses and Aaron counted and the leaders of Israel, twelve men, one man for each house of their fathers.

These are they that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers` house.
