וַ/יֹּ֣אמֶר רַב שָׁקֵ֗ה הַ/אֶ֨ל אֲדֹנֶ֤י/ךָ וְ/אֵלֶ֨י/ךָ֙ שְׁלָחַ֣/נִי אֲדֹנִ֔/י לְ/דַבֵּ֖ר אֶת הַ/דְּבָרִ֣ים הָ/אֵ֑לֶּה הֲ/לֹ֣א עַל הָ/אֲנָשִׁ֗ים הַ/יֹּֽשְׁבִים֙ עַל הַ֣/חוֹמָ֔ה לֶ/אֱכֹ֣ל אֶת חראי/הם צוֹאָתָ֗/ם וְ/לִ/שְׁתּ֛וֹת אֶת שיני/הם מֵימֵ֥י רַגְלֵי/הֶ֖ם עִמָּ/כֶֽם
English Translation
And Rab Shakeh said to your lord and to you, "My lord has sent me to speak these words. Is it not against the men who sit on the wall to eat their own feces and to drink the water from their feet with you?"
