3 and say, Hear ye the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God (Elohim) of Israel, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle.

וְ/אָֽמַרְתָּ֙ שִׁמְע֣וּ דְבַר יְהוָ֔ה מַלְכֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וְ/יֹשְׁבֵ֖י יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם כֹּֽה אָמַר֩ יְהוָ֨ה צְבָא֜וֹת אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל הִנְ/נִ֨י מֵבִ֤יא רָעָה֙ עַל הַ/מָּק֣וֹם הַ/זֶּ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר כָּל שֹׁמְעָ֖/הּ תִּצַּ֥לְנָה אָזְנָֽי/ו

English Translation

And you shall say, "Hear the word of the Lord, kings of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I am bringing evil upon this place, so that all who hear it, their ears shall tingle."
