19 Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches; pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger at the top of every street.

ק֣וּמִי רֹ֣נִּי ב/ליל בַ/לַּ֗יְלָה לְ/רֹאשׁ֙ אַשְׁמֻר֔וֹת שִׁפְכִ֤י כַ/מַּ֨יִם֙ לִבֵּ֔/ךְ נֹ֖כַח פְּנֵ֣י אֲדֹנָ֑/י שְׂאִ֧י אֵלָ֣י/ו כַּפַּ֗יִ/ךְ עַל נֶ֨פֶשׁ֙ עֽוֹלָלַ֔יִ/ךְ הָ/עֲטוּפִ֥ים בְּ/רָעָ֖ב בְּ/רֹ֥אשׁ כָּל חוּצֽוֹת

Arise, sing in the night, at the beginning of the watches; pour out like water your heart before the face of my Lord; lift your hands toward Him for the lives of your little ones, who are fainting for hunger at the head of every street.
