אֱלֹהִ֤ים דִּבֶּ֥ר בְּ/קָדְשׁ֗/וֹ אֶ֫עְלֹ֥זָה אֲחַלְּקָ֥ה שְׁכֶ֑ם וְ/עֵ֖מֶק סֻכּ֣וֹת אֲמַדֵּֽד
English Translation
God spoke in his holiness: "I will rejoice; I will divide Shechem and I will measure out the valley of Succoth."

Moab is my washpot; Upon Edom will I cast my shoe: Philistia, shout thou because of me.
