יִלְבְּשׁ֣וּ שׂוֹטְנַ֣/י כְּלִמָּ֑ה וְ/יַעֲט֖וּ כַ/מְעִ֣יל בָּשְׁתָּֽ/ם
English Translation
They will wear shame as a robe and will cover themselves with disgrace as a cloak.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with dishonor, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.
