מֹ֣נֵֽעַ בָּ֭ר יִקְּבֻ֣/הוּ לְא֑וֹם וּ֝/בְרָכָ֗ה לְ/רֹ֣אשׁ מַשְׁבִּֽיר
English Translation
A barrier shall be established for a nation and a blessing for the leader of the destroyer.

He that withholdeth grain, the people shall curse him; But blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it.
