Matthew 2:17

Then was fulfilled that which was spoken through Jeremiah the prophet, saying,

“The sound of terrible weeping and mourning was heard in Rama, Rachel crying for her children. They are dead, and she can't be comforted.”

Herod’s brutal action fulfilled what God (Elohim) had spoken through the prophet Jeremiah:
