גַּם בִּ/שְׂח֥וֹק יִכְאַב לֵ֑ב וְ/אַחֲרִיתָ֖/הּ שִׂמְחָ֣ה תוּגָֽה
English Translation
Even in laughter the heart may ache, and the end of joy is sorrow.
