English Translation
And the Lord said in the night through a vision to Paul: Do not be afraid, but speak and do not be silent.

And the Lord said unto Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak and hold not thy peace:

because I am with you, and no one will attack you, for many people in this city are mine.”
