εἰ γὰρ ἡ ἀποβολὴ αὐτῶν καταλλαγὴ κόσμου, τίς ἡ πρόσλημψις εἰ μὴ ζωὴ ἐκ νεκρῶν;
English Translation
For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

For if the casting away of them [is] the reconciling of the world, what [shall] the receiving [of them be], but life from the dead?

For if the casting away of them is the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

For, if by their putting away, the rest of men have been made friends with God (Elohim), what will their coming back again be, but life from the dead?

For if their casting away [be the] world's reconciliation, what [their] reception but life from among [the] dead?

For if the loss of them be the reconciliation of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

And if the firstfruit is holy, so is the lump: and if the root is holy, so are the branches.

If the first part of the bread dough given as an offering is holy, then so is all the rest; if the roots of a tree are holy, then so are the branches.

For if the rejection of them is the reconciling of the world, what would their acceptance be, but life from the dead?

For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

For since their rejection meant that God (Elohim) offered salvation to the rest of the world, their acceptance will be even more wonderful. It will be life for those who were dead!
