לֹ֣א אִ֥ישׁ אֵל֙ וִֽ/יכַזֵּ֔ב וּ/בֶן אָדָ֖ם וְ/יִתְנֶחָ֑ם הַ/ה֤וּא אָמַר֙ וְ/לֹ֣א יַעֲשֶׂ֔ה וְ/דִבֶּ֖ר וְ/לֹ֥א יְקִימֶֽ/נָּה
English Translation
Not a man, and he will lie, nor a son of man, and he will change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

God (Elohim) is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?
