Numbers 27:16

Let Jehovah, the God (Elohim) of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,

Let the Lord, the God (Elohim) of the spirits of all flesh, put a man at the head of this people,

Let Jehovah, the God (Elohim) of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the assembly,

May the Lord the God (Elohim) of the spirits of all flesh provide a man, that may be over this multitude:

which may go out before them, and which may come in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.

who will tell them what to do and show them where to go, so that the people of the Lord won't be like sheep without a shepherd.”
