Deuteronomy 11:29

And it shall come to pass, when Jehovah thy God (Elohim) shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt set the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal.

A curse, if you obey not the commandments of the Lord your. God (Elohim), but revolt from the way which now I shew you, and walk after strange gods which you know not.

Are they not beyond Jordan, behind the way of the going down of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites which dwell in the Arabah, over against Gilgal, beside the oaks of Moreh?

It shall happen, when Yahweh your God (Elohim) brings you into the land where you go to possess it, that you shall set the blessing on Mount Gerizim, and the curse on Mount Ebal.
