Jeremiah 7:28

And thou shalt say unto them, This is the nation that hath not hearkened to the voice of Jehovah their God (Elohim), nor received instruction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.

Cut off your hair and throw it away. Sing a song of mourning on the bare hills, for the Lord has rejected and abandoned the generation who made him angry.”
