כְּ/רֵֽעַ כְּ/אָ֣ח לִ֭/י הִתְהַלָּ֑כְתִּי כַּ/אֲבֶל אֵ֝֗ם קֹדֵ֥ר שַׁחֽוֹתִי
English Translation
As a brother, I walked with my companion, like a mother I mourned; I was darkened.

I behaved myself as though it had been my friend or my brother: I bowed down mourning, as one that bewaileth his mother.
