16 So that he who is blessing himself in the earth, || Blesses himself in the God (Elohim) of faithfulness, || And he who is swearing in the earth, || Swears by the God (Elohim) of faithfulness, || Because the former distresses have been forgotten, || And because they have been hid from My eyes.

אֲשֶׁ֨ר הַ/מִּתְבָּרֵ֜ךְ בָּ/אָ֗רֶץ יִתְבָּרֵךְ֙ בֵּ/אלֹהֵ֣י אָמֵ֔ן וְ/הַ/נִּשְׁבָּ֣ע בָּ/אָ֔רֶץ יִשָּׁבַ֖ע בֵּ/אלֹהֵ֣י אָמֵ֑ן כִּ֣י נִשְׁכְּח֗וּ הַ/צָּרוֹת֙ הָ/רִ֣אשֹׁנ֔וֹת וְ/כִ֥י נִסְתְּר֖וּ מֵ/עֵינָֽ/י

English Translation

Blessed shall be the one who blesses in the land, by the God of truth; and he who swears in the land shall swear by the God of truth, for the former troubles have been forgotten and have been hidden from my eyes.
