Τοῖς πλουσίοις ἐν τῷ νῦν αἰῶνι παράγγελλε μὴ ὑψηλοφρονεῖν μηδὲ ἠλπικέναι ἐπὶ πλούτου ἀδηλότητι, ἀλλ’ ⸀ἐπὶ ⸀θεῷ τῷ παρέχοντι ἡμῖν πάντα πλουσίως εἰς ἀπόλαυσιν,
English Translation
Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

Charge them that are rich in this present world, that they be not highminded, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on God (Elohim), who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

Charge them that are rich in this present world, that they be not high-minded, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God (Elohim), who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

Give orders to those who have money and goods in this life, not to be lifted up in their minds, or to put their hope in the uncertain chances of wealth, but in God (Elohim) who gives us in full measure all things for our use;

Enjoin on those rich in the present age not to be high-minded, nor to trust on the uncertainty of riches; but in the God (Elohim) who affords us all things richly for [our] enjoyment;

Charge the rich of this world not to be highminded, nor to trust in the uncertainty of riches, but in the living God (Elohim), (who giveth us abundantly all things to enjoy,)

that they do good, that they be rich in good works, that they be ready to distribute, willing to communicate;

In this way they store up treasure that will provide a solid basis for the future, so that they can take hold of true life.

Charge those who are rich in this present world that they not be haughty, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God (Elohim), who richly provides us with everything to enjoy;

Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, and that they trust not in vncertaine riches, but in the liuing God (Elohim), (which giueth vs aboundantly, all things to enioy)
