Deuteronomy 27:5

And there shalt thou build an altar unto Jehovah thy God (Elohim), an altar of stones: thou shalt lift up no iron [tool] upon them.

Also build a stone altar there to the Lord your God (Elohim), an altar of stones. Don't use any stone tools in its construction.
