English Translation
The words of my mouth are deceit and deceitfulness; I have ceased to be wise in doing good.

He deviseth iniquity upon his bed; He setteth himself in a way that is not good; He abhorreth not evil.

Lord, your faithful love reaches to the heavens, your trustworthiness to the clouds.
