English Translation
And a grain offering you shall make for Me in the morning, in the morning six-tenths of an ephah and a third of a hin of oil to mix with the fine flour for the grain offering to the LORD; it is a perpetual statute forever.

And thou shalt prepare a meal-offering with it morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine flour; a meal-offering unto Jehovah continually by a perpetual ordinance.
