נָהָ֗ר פְּלָגָ֗י/ו יְשַׂמְּח֥וּ עִיר אֱלֹהִ֑ים קְ֝דֹ֗שׁ מִשְׁכְּנֵ֥י עֶלְיֽוֹן
English Translation
River of streams; they will rejoice the city of God, the holy dwelling place of the Most High.

God (Elohim) is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God (Elohim) will help her, and that right early.
