English Translation
Trembling has seized them there, pain like that of a woman in labor.

With the east wind Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish.

With the east wind Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish.

By you the ships of Tarshish are broken as by an east wind.

With an east wind thou hast broken the ships of Tarshish.

trembling took hold of them. There were pains as of a woman in labour.

We have thought on thy lovingkindness, O God (Elohim), in the midst of thy temple.

As is fitting for your reputation, God (Elohim), praises to you stretch all around the world. What you do is always right!

With the east wind, you break the ships of Tarshish.

As with an East winde thou breakest the shippes of Tarshish, so were they destroyed.
